|Cup dried mung bean, soaked for 4 hours, rinsed and drained||½|
|Fresh or frozen pandan leaf||1|
|Cup dried sea weed, soaked in cold water, rinsed and drained||½|
|Cup palm sugar or light brown sugar||1|
Directions to make Mung Bean and Sea-weed Drink
- In a large pot, put mung beans with pandan leaf and water, cook till beans tender.
- Add sea weed, sugar, palm sugar and salt, stirs till the sugar dissolved, continue to cook till water bubbling.
- Turn of the heat and let it cool off before serve.
- Add ice cubes when serve.
