Ingredients

Pieces basa or catfish fillets,cut chunks2 (0.5 kg)
Tablespoons fish sauce2
Tablespoon sugar1
Teaspoon black pepper¼
Stalks green onion, chopped3
Cups wate4
Pumpkin, peeled,seeded and cut small chunks0.90 kg
Cup chopped cilantro1

Directions to make Pumpkin Soup with Fish

  1. In a large bowl, marinated fish with fish sauce, sugar, black pepper and green onion , set a side.
  2. Cook water in a soup pot till water bubbling, a pumpkin and marinated fish to boiling water, stirs and cook till pumpkin tender.
  3. Top with cilantro.
  4. Serve hot with rice.
