Ingredients

Cups water4
Chicken leg or 1 piece chicken breast, cut to bite sizes0.5 kg
Yuchoy , cut 2 inches length1 kg
Tablespoons fish sauce2
Tablespoon sugar1
Teaspoon salt¼
Teaspoon black pepper¼
Stalks green onion, chopped2

Directions to make Yuchoy with Chicken Soup

  1. Put water in a soup pot , cook till water bubbling.
  2. Put chicken meat with boiling water, cook till meat tender.
  3. Add yuchoy, stirs.
  4. Seasoning with fish sauce, sugar, salt and black pepper.
  5. Top with green onion.
  6. Serve hot with rice.
