Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon 4 soy sauce

  • 3 tablespoon 3 oyster sauce

  • 1 1 ½ lbs (675 gram) of pork loin cut to bite size

  • 3 tablespoon 3 chopped cilantro

  • 1 tablespoon 1 chopped mints

  • 3 tablespoon 3 minced garlic

  • 2 tablespoon 2 sugar

  • 3 tablespoon 3 olive oil

  • 2 tablespoon 2 lime juice

  • 1 teaspoon 1 sesame oil

  • 1 teaspoon 1 Thai crushes pepper flake or black pepper

  • Bamboo Skewers soak in water to prevent burning while grilling

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl mix well and add to cubed pork
  • Marinate at least 4 hours
  • Thread the meat in the skewers
  • Grill meat to medium rare
