4 tablespoon 4 soy sauce
3 tablespoon 3 oyster sauce
1 1 ½ lbs (675 gram) of pork loin cut to bite size
3 tablespoon 3 chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon 1 chopped mints
3 tablespoon 3 minced garlic
2 tablespoon 2 sugar
3 tablespoon 3 olive oil
2 tablespoon 2 lime juice
1 teaspoon 1 sesame oil
1 teaspoon 1 Thai crushes pepper flake or black pepper
Bamboo Skewers soak in water to prevent burning while grilling
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl mix well and add to cubed pork
- Marinate at least 4 hours
- Thread the meat in the skewers
- Grill meat to medium rare
