Ingredients

  • 3 lbs wings or drumstick combination

  • 1 package Chinese BBQ seasoning mix

  • 1 package Roasted chicken seasoning mix

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoon Honey

  • Mix and marinate the meat over night keep in the refrigerator.

  • For cucumber salad
  • 31/2 cup sliced cucumber

  • 1/2 cup sliced red or white onion

  • 1/2 cup sliced red bell pepper

  • 1/2 tablespoon salt

  • 1/2 cup vinegar (do adjust to your taste)

  • 1/2 cup sugar (do adjust to your taste)

  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds

  • 1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard seeds

Directions

  • Mix and the ingredients in a bowl and put in a jar keep in the refrigerator, this cucumber salad last for few days in the fridge.
  • Grill the chicken or bake in the oven at 350 degree until the wings and drumstick turn golden or red color and the juice run clear then the chicken is done.
