Asian Chicken Salad with Ginger Dressing

Asian Chicken Salad with Ginger Dressing is a fresh and colorful dish. A delicious sweet and tangy vinaigrette is drizzled over crunchy vegetables. Each bowl is rich of protein and fiber-rich produce for a nutritious meal.


1 pound (454 g) of Cook chicken, roast, or grill, leftover turkey cut to bite size
Romaine lettuce or Napa Cabbage
Chow mien noodle or top ramen noodle (chow mien noodle is best)
Sugar Snap Peas
Green onions chopped
Red bell pepper sliced
Shredded carrots
Mandarin orange


1/4 cup of vegetable or olive oil
3 tablespoon of rice vinegar
3 tablespoon of brown sugar (more or less up to you)
3 tablespoon of soy sauce
3 tablespoon of hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon of grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1 tablespoon of roasted sesame seeds
1 tablespoon of Sesame oil
Dash of salt and pepper

Directions to make Asian Chicken Salad with Ginger Dressing

  1. Mix everything together in a jar shake well.
  2. It is better if you mix the dressing for 1 hour ahead for the flavor.
  3. You can put whatever vegetable you like
  4. Toss everything together and serve with sesame dressing.
