2 cups of sliced cucumber | ||
2 small shallots sliced | ||
1/2 of red onion sliced | ||
3 sweet peppers sliced | ||
1/2 red or yellow bell pepper | ||
2 green onions cut to about 1 inch long | ||
1/3 cup of vinegar more or less up to you | ||
1/3 cup of water | ||
1/3 cup of sugar more or less up to you | ||
1 to 2 tablespoon of sliced ginger | ||
2 cloves of minced garlic | ||
11/2 teaspoon of salt or fish sauce to taste |
