Easy Mango Sriracha Salsa Recipe
This Easy Mango Sriracha Salsa Recipe is a delicious and versatile salsa that can be served with a variety of dishes, including chips, grilled chicken, shrimp, or steak. It is super easy to make and can be adjusted to your taste preference by adding more or less Sriracha chili sauce.
To make the salsa, simply grill or roast the shallots, garlic, onion, and jalapeño. Then, dice the mango and Roma tomatoes and mix them together with the grilled or roasted vegetables, salsa seasoning mix, chopped cilantro, ketchup, Sriracha chili sauce, salt, lime juice, and sugar.

|2 garlic cloves

|2 diced Roma tomato

|1/3 cup of ketchup
|1 tablespoon of Sriracha chili sauce

- Grill or roast the first 4 ingredients shallots, garlic, onion, and Jalapeno (the onion and garlic flavor won’t over power the rest of the ingredients)
- Then mix the entire ingredients together taste and adjust the flavor. You can serve with chip, grill chicken or grill steak.
