Thai Rice Noodle Rolls Recipe

Thai Rice Noodle Rolls Recipe is a delectable and wholesome dish that can be prepared with vegetarian ingredients and still retain its incredible flavor. While it requires some time, the process is enjoyable and the outcome is undoubtedly worthwhile.

Begin by assembling the ingredients. You will need two cups of steamed or cooked Napa cabbage, fried onion, fried garlic, chopped green onion, roasted coconut, tofu or ground pork, salty Chinese cabbage or turnip, bean sprouts, and cilantro for garnish.

For the sauce, combine three tablespoons of vinegar, five teaspoons of sugar, four teaspoons of soy sauce, one teaspoon of chili garlic, and two teaspoons of fish sauce.

Heat oil in a wok until it is hot. Add garlic and fry the meat until it is almost cooked before adding the cabbage. Cook the meat until it is done, then turn off the heat and let it cool.

On a cutting board, spread out a fresh flat noodle. Layer the cooked cabbage, meat mixture, and remaining ingredients on top of the noodle. Fold the noodle carefully, resembling the shape of egg rolls.

Salty Chinese cabbage or turnip

Cilantro for garnish


3 tablespoon of vinegar
5 teaspoon of sugar
4 teaspoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of chili garlic
2 teaspoon of fish sauce

Directions to make Thai Rice Noodle Rolls Recipe

  1. Heat oil in wok till hot add garlic and fry the meat till almost done add to meat
  2. Cook the meat till done turn the heat off let cool
  3. First lay the fresh flat noodle on a cutting board
  4. Next lay the cook cabbage on the flat noodle
  5. Then the meat mixture
  6. And lay the rest of the ingredients on the sheet of noodle
  7. Fold the noodle carefully like you roll the egg rolls.

When ready to serve drizzle the sauce on top and garnish with cilantro. If you want the noodle softer heat in the microwave for a minute.

Note the noodle soak lot of sauce so you have to make extra sauce if you like more sauce on your noodle.
