Preserved bean curd or fermented soybean is one of Sino-Khmer favorite vegetarian foods. This hot preserve bean curd sauce is great for dipping cooked or raw vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • 4 chopped hot chili pepper or to your taste (option)

  • 1 small jar 4 oz (113 gram) of hot preserved bean curd

Directions

  • In a small bowl, mix lime juice with sugar till sugar dissolved, add hot chili pepper, stirs, add preserve bean curd and gently mix it together.
  • Serve with rice along with cooked or raw vegetables.
