1 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon sugar
4 chopped hot chili pepper or to your taste (option)
1 small jar 4 oz (113 gram) of hot preserved bean curd
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix lime juice with sugar till sugar dissolved, add hot chili pepper, stirs, add preserve bean curd and gently mix it together.
- Serve with rice along with cooked or raw vegetables.
