1/2 cup dried mung bean, soaked for 4 hours, rinsed and drained
1 fresh or frozen panda leaf
9 cups water
1/2 cup dried sea weed, soaked in cold water, rinsed and drained
1 cup sugar
1 cup palm sugar or light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- In a large pot, put mung beans with pandan leaf and water, cook till beans tender.
- Add sea weed, sugar, palm sugar and salt, stirs till the sugar dissolved, continue to cook till water bubbling.
- Turn of the heat and let it cool off before serve.
- Add ice cubes when serve.
