Cambodian Style Salmon Cake

Quick and Easy Cambodian Style Salmon Cake – a simple pantry recipe that can be made only in 10 minutes, it is perfect for your simple meals.
Ingredients
1 lb 5oz of Salmon paste | ||
2 eggs | ||
2 tablespoon of red curry paste | ||
3 tablespoon of fish sauce | ||
1 tablespoon of sugar (more or less up to you) | ||
1 teaspoon of baking power | ||
5 kaffir lime lives thinly slice | ||
2 long bean cut to tiny pieces | ||
2 green onions cut to small pieces | ||
1 teaspoon of baking power |
Directions to make Cambodian Style Salmon Cake
- Mix the Salmon in food processor then take out before you mix it with the rest of the ingredients
- The Salmon is not taste the same as white fish, the meat is softer than any fresh water fish.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Then form it to a small round ball flat it in the palm of your hand
- Fry it in just 1/4 cup of vegetable oil until golden brown.
Serve with mango or Thai cucumber salad and rice
