1 1/2 cups of coconut milk or cream | ||
½ teaspoon of cinnamon for garnish | ||
½ teaspoon of curry powder | ||

- Boil coconut milk, curry powder and sugar in a pot on medium heat
- Add cooked rice and stir untill all the liquid is evaporated.
- Turn the heat off add cinnamon.
