1 cup of water chestnut
1 cup of slice onion
1 cup of pineapple chunks
1 teaspoon of sesame seed toasted to garnish
2 chicken breasts cut to bite site


1/4 cup of ketchup
1/4 cup of vinegar
1/2 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 ½ tablespoon of cornstarch
3/4 cup of pineapple juice from the can keep the chunk pineapple for the sauce or mix with the stir fry later.
Mix them all together and bring to a full boil stirring constantly until thicken then turn the heat off.

Batter for chicken

1/2 cup of flour
1/4 cup of cornstarch
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
3/4 cup of cold water
Mix them together and set aside.
