1 cup water chestnut
1 cup slice onion
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 teaspoon sesame seed toasted to garnish
2 chicken breasts cut to bite site
- SAUCE
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 ½ tablespoon of cornstarch
3/4 cup pineapple juice from the can keep the chunk pineapple for the sauce or mix with the stir fry later.
Mix them all together and bring to a full boil stirring constantly until thicken then turn the heat off.
- Batter for chicken
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup cold water
Mix them together and set aside.
Directions
- Dip your chicken in the batter and deep fry until golden brown take out and drain.
- Mix your cook chicken and sauce together in a hot work and add vegetables.
- Mix well and turn the heat off. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
