Ingredients

  • 1 cup 1 water chestnut

  • 1 cup 1 slice onion

  • 1 cup 1 pineapple chunks

  • 1 teaspoon 1 sesame seed toasted to garnish

  • 2 2 chicken breasts cut to bite site

  • SAUCE
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 ketchup

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 vinegar

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 sugar

  • 1 tablespoon 1 soy sauce

  • 1 1 ½ tablespoon of cornstarch

  • 3/4 cup 3/4 pineapple juice from the can keep the chunk pineapple for the sauce or mix with the stir fry later.

  • Mix them all together and bring to a full boil stirring constantly until thicken then turn the heat off.

  • Batter for chicken
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 flour

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cornstarch

  • 1 teaspoon 1 baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 baking soda

  • 3/4 cup 3/4 cold water

  • Mix them together and set aside.

Directions

  • Dip your chicken in the batter and deep fry until golden brown take out and drain.
  • Mix your cook chicken and sauce together in a hot work and add vegetables.
  • Mix well and turn the heat off. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.

  • These are basic Chinese recipe for any deep fry foods. Serve with rice
