Vietnamese BBQ Chicken Recipe

The Vietnamese BBQ Chicken Recipe, the marinade permeates the chicken to make it succulent, distinctive and delicious. The best thing to cook this chicken is to fry it on medium low heat till it is brown on each side and the chicken is no longer pink and juice runs clear. When you done let the chicken rest for 5 to 10 minutes before cutting it.
Ingredients
1.5oz (425 gram) of chicken breast sliced thin | ||
2 tablespoon of seasoning soy sauce | ||
1 tablespoon of fish sauce | ||
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce | ||
1 tablespoon of sugar or less up to you | ||
1 tablespoon of BBQ pork or roasted pork seasoning | ||
½ teaspoon of 5 spices powder | ||
½ teaspoon of black pepper | ||
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil or olive oil (This will help the meat from getting too dry) |
Directions to make Vietnamese BBQ Chicken Recipe
- Mix and marinate the meat for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Grill your meat on medium heat for 4 minutes on each side
- Turn your meat and cook for 4 more minutes till the chicken is done.
Serve Vietnamese BBQ chicken with Rice, noodle, Vietnamese vegetable salad, with sweet fish sauce garnish with mint, basil, and cilantro.
