Cambodian cuisine is influenced by the country’s neighbors and its history. Some of the popular Cambodian dishes include Amok, Beef Lok Lak, Kuy Teav, Bai Sach Chrouk, and Nom Banh Chok. Amok is a traditional Cambodian dish made with fish or chicken and coconut milk. Beef Lok Lak is a stir-fried beef dish served with rice and a fried egg. Kuy Teav is a noodle soup dish that is popular for breakfast. Bai Sach Chrouk is a pork and rice dish that is often served for breakfast. Nom Banh Chok is a Khmer noodle soup dish that is often eaten for breakfast or lunch.
