4lbs (1800 gram) of London broil or any good meat cut to about 1 inch thick | ||
1/3 to 1/2 cup Yoshida sauce | ||
4 tablespoon of oyster sauce | ||
4 tablespoon of seasoning soy sauce | ||
4 cloves of garlic | ||
1 tablespoon of fresh ginger | ||
1 teaspoon of black pepper |

- Marinate the meat with the rest of the ingredient over night
- Take the marinate meat out and dry it under the sun or food dryer till it is dry
- Grill meat till it is crispy and turn brown a bit. If you sliced the meat thin enough you
