Coconut Sauce

Khmer people love coconut. We use this coconut sauce with many Khmer recipes. Let’s start to make Coconut Sauce with me.
Ingredients
2 cups of fresh coconut milk or 1 large canned coconut milk | ||
1/2 tablespoon of sugar | ||
1 tablespoon of cornstarch | ||
1/4 teaspoon of salt |
Directions to make Coconut Sauce
- In a small sauce-pan, mix all ingredients together
- Simmering till sauce thicken.
