Thai Lemongrass BBQ Chicken Recipe

This Thai Lemongrass BBQ Chicken Recipe is tasted so good and super simple to make, all you need a few ingredients into your food processor, marinate, and grill. The key is in marinated process, the longer the chicken marinates the better.
Ingredients
1 lb (900 gram) of chicken breast, tender, thigh. | ||
2 tablespoon of mix lemongrass, and kaffir lime leaves | ||
1 tablespoon of fish sauce | ||
1 tablespoon of soy sauce | ||
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce | ||
1 tablespoon of sugar or less up to you | ||
1 tablespoon of chopped minced garlic | ||
1 tablespoon of lime juice (optional) | ||
1 teaspoon of crush chili (optional) |
Pickle vegetables
8 cup of mix carrot, cucumber, cabbage, daikon, or any hard vegetable you like. | ||
1 jalapeño pepper.(optional if you like hot) | ||
1/4 cup of slice ginger | ||
2 tablespoon of chopped garlic | ||
1/8 cup of sugar about 2 tablespoon | ||
1/4 cup of vinegar about 4 tablespoon | ||
3 tablespoon of fish sauce. | ||
1 teaspoon of salt | ||
Mix everything together for few hours or overnight. |
Directions to make Thai Lemongrass BBQ Chicken Recipe
- Marinade the chicken with all the ingredients for 4 hours.
- Grill the chicken untill the meat is done.
Serve warm with Thai vegetable pickle and rice.
