Ingredients
2 2 shallots
2 2 garlic cloves
1/2 cup 1/2 onion
1 1 Jalapeño
1 1 diced mango
2 2 diced Roma tomato
1 tablespoon 1 salsa seasoning mix
1/2 cup 1/2 chopped cilantro
1/3 cup 1/3 ketchup
1 tablespoon 1 Sriracha chili sauce
1/2 teaspoon 1/2 salt
1 tablespoon 1 lime juice
1/2 tablespoon 1/2 sugar
Directions
- Grill or roast the first 4 ingredients shallots, garlic, onion, and Jalapeno (the onion and garlic flavor won’t over power the rest of the ingredients)
- Then mix the entire ingredients together taste and adjust the flavor. You can serve with chip, grill chicken or grill steak.
