Ingredients

  • 2 cups 2 sliced cucumber

  • 2 small 2 shallots sliced

  • 1/2 1/2 red onion sliced

  • 3 3 sweet peppers sliced

  • 1/2 1/2 red or yellow bell pepper

  • 2 2 green onions cut to about 1 inch long

  • 1/3 cup 1/3 vinegar more or less up to you

  • 1/3 cup 1/3 water

  • 1/3 cup 1/3 sugar more or less up to you

  • 1 1 to 2 tablespoon of sliced ginger

  • 2 cloves 2 minced garlic

  • 11/2 teaspoon 11/2 salt or fish sauce to taste

Directions

  • Mix the entire ingredients together until the vegetables are soft. Chill before serve.
  • Adjust the flavor to your taste.
