2 cups 2 sliced cucumber
2 small 2 shallots sliced
1/2 1/2 red onion sliced
3 3 sweet peppers sliced
1/2 1/2 red or yellow bell pepper
2 2 green onions cut to about 1 inch long
1/3 cup 1/3 vinegar more or less up to you
1/3 cup 1/3 water
1/3 cup 1/3 sugar more or less up to you
1 1 to 2 tablespoon of sliced ginger
2 cloves 2 minced garlic
11/2 teaspoon 11/2 salt or fish sauce to taste
