minutesQuick and Easy Cambodian Style Salmon Cake – a simple pantry recipe that can be made only in 10 minutes, it is perfect for your simple meals.
Ingredients
1 lb 1 5oz of Salmon paste
2 2 eggs
2 tablespoon 2 red curry paste
3 tablespoon 3 fish sauce
1 tablespoon 1 sugar (more or less up to you)
1 teaspoon 1 baking power
5 5 kaffir lime lives thinly slice
2 2 long bean cut to tiny pieces
2 2 green onions cut to small pieces
1 teaspoon 1 baking power
Directions
- Mix the Salmon in food processor then take out before you mix it with the rest of the ingredients
- The Salmon is not taste the same as white fish, the meat is softer than any fresh water fish.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Then form it to a small round ball flat it in the palm of your hand
- Fry it in just 1/4 cup of vegetable oil until golden brown.
