Ingredients

  • 1/2 lbs fish

  • 1 Shredded green mango from the Asian store

  • 2 tsp sliced shallots

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1 tsp palm sugar or sugar

  • 2 Thai chilies minced

  • 1 to 2 tsp of fish sauce (start with one tsp)

  • 1 tsp lime juice

  • 1/4 cup chopped mint or cilantro for garnish

  • crush peanut for garnish

Directions

  • Chop Mango into smaller pieces
  • Clean and cooked fish
  • Mix everything together and serve with grill fish, shrimps, dried shrimp or Khmer sausages.
