Ingredients

  • 1 1 ½ lb (1350 gram) of flank steak

  • 1 1 / 2 tablespoon of salt

  • 2 tablespoon 2 cumin

  • 2 teaspoon 2 black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon 1 red pepper flake, or ½ teaspoon of Thai hot red crush pepper.

  • 1 tablespoon 1 ground coriander

  • 1 tablespoon 1 Chili powder

  • 1 teaspoon 1 cinnamon

  • Avocado Salsa
  • 1 1 Avocado sliced

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 onion chops

  • 1 1 tomato

  • 1 clove 1 garlic

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 chop cilantro

  • 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 cumin

  • 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 black pepper

  • 1 1/2 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoon of lime juice

  • 1 1/2 tablespoon 1 1/2 olive oil

  • Salt to taste.

Directions

  • Mix all the spices together in a bowl and rub it on the steak, let it sit for 1 hour
  • Grill your steak on medium high heat for 4 minutes on each side or till it is done
  • Make sure don’t burn the steak
  • When it is done take it out and let it rest for 10 minutes cover with foil so your meat will be warm.
