1 lb 1 (900 gram) of chicken breast, tender, thigh.
2 tablespoon 2 mix lemongrass, and kaffir lime leaves
1 tablespoon 1 fish sauce
1 tablespoon 1 soy sauce
1 tablespoon 1 oyster sauce
1 tablespoon 1 sugar or less up to you
1 tablespoon 1 chopped minced garlic
1 tablespoon 1 lime juice (optional)
1 teaspoon 1 crush chili (optional)
- Pickle vegetables
8 cup 8 mix carrot, cucumber, cabbage, daikon, or any hard vegetable you like.
1 1 jalapeño pepper.(optional if you like hot)
1/4 cup 1/4 slice ginger
2 tablespoon 2 chopped garlic
1/8 cup 1/8 sugar about 2 tablespoon
1/4 cup 1/4 vinegar about 4 tablespoon
3 tablespoon 3 fish sauce.
1 teaspoon 1 salt
Mix everything together for few hours or overnight.
Directions
- Marinade the chicken with all the ingredients for 4 hours.
- Grill the chicken untill the meat is done.
Notes
- Serve warm with Thai vegetable pickle and rice.
