Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup 1/3 hot water

  • 1/3 cup 1/3 sugar

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 fresh lime juice (approx 2 limes)

  • 1/3 cup 1/3 fish sauce

  • 2 cloves 2 garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 fresh or frozen minced lemon grass

  • 2 2 chopped hot chili pepper, or to your taste (option)

Directions

  • In a small bowl, mix hot water with sugar till sugar dissolved.
  • Add lime juice, fish sauce, garlic, lemon grass and pepper, stirs well before serve.
