Thai BBQ Pork Recipe

Thai BBQ Pork Recipe is easy to make and all you need sliced pork shoulder and marinate with a few ingredients, and put it on a stick, grilled, and brushed with coconut cream.
Ingredients
4 tablespoon of soy sauce | ||
3 tablespoon of oyster sauce | ||
1 ½ lbs (675 gram) of pork loin cut to bite size | ||
3 tablespoon of chopped cilantro | ||
1 tablespoon of chopped mints | ||
3 tablespoon of minced garlic | ||
2 tablespoon of sugar | ||
3 tablespoon of olive oil | ||
2 tablespoon of lime juice | ||
1 teaspoon of sesame oil | ||
1 teaspoon of Thai crushes pepper flake or black pepper | ||
Bamboo Skewers soak in water to prevent burning while grilling |
Directions to make Thai BBQ Pork Recipe
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl mix well and add to cubed pork
- Marinate at least 4 hours
- Thread the meat in the skewers
- Grill meat to medium rare
