Easy Baked Kale Chips

These Easy Baked Kale Chips offer a nutritious and low-calorie alternative to traditional snacks. By employing a low-temperature baking method, the kale leaves become delightfully crispy without the risk of burning, making them an excellent choice for gatherings and conversations.

To prepare these kale chips, start by washing and thoroughly drying a generous bunch of kale. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces without chopping them. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and season with pepper and salt to taste. Toss the kale leaves in this flavorful mixture until they are evenly coated.

Spread the coated kale leaves onto a baking sheet and bake them at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 30 minutes, or until they achieve a satisfying level of crispiness. Allow them to cool before serving, or store them in an airtight container for later enjoyment. For an extra touch of flavor and texture, consider adding toasted almonds and nuts to the kale chips after they have finished baking. 1 big bunch of kale (wash and let dry torn the leave but don’t chop)
2 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 teaspoon of sugar (more or less up to you)
Pepper and salt to taste

  1. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
  2. Lay the kale leaves on baking sheet and bake at 300 degree for 30 minutes or until it is crispy. Take it out let cool before serving or keep in a jar for later. I add toasted almond and nut to my kale chip after it done baking.
