Khmer Sugar Syrup
Khmer use sugar syrup for many dessert recipes, drink and refreshment such as smoothies, add your favorite food color to sugar syrup for snow cones.
|1 cup of water|
|2 cup of sugar|
|1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract|
Directions to make Khmer Sugar Syrup
- Put all ingredients in a small pot, stirs and simmering till sugar dissolved and sauce reduced. Remove syrup from stove and set a side till it completely cool off.
- Sugar syrup can store in refrigerator for a week.
