Lemon Grass Sauce
Khmer country food, sweet, sour and spicy fish sauce with lemon grass is delicious for dipping meat or fish. It is easy to make.
|1/3 cup of hot water|
|1/3 cup of sugar|
|1/4 cup of fresh lime juice (approx 2 limes)|
|1/3 cup of fish sauce|
|2 cloves of garlic, minced|
|1/4 cup of fresh or frozen minced lemon grass|
|2 chopped hot chili pepper, or to your taste (option)|
Directions to make Lemon Grass Sauce
- In a small bowl, mix hot water with sugar till sugar dissolved.
- Add lime juice, fish sauce, garlic, lemon grass and pepper, stirs well before serve.
