1/2 cup of sour cream (more or less up to you)
1/2 red onion diced
2 stalks celery, diced
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 tablespoon of curry powder (more or less up to you)
1/3 cup of chopped cilantro for garnish

1 teaspoon of sugar (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
