Grilled Pork Skewers Recipe

Grilled Pork Skewers Recipe is made mainly from pork, oyster sauce and other ingredients. It is simple but excellent recipe. These pork tenderloin skewers can be prepared ahead for easy holiday entertaining.
Ingredients
1 lb of sliced beef or pork | ||
1 package of Mama Sita’s BBQ mix | ||
2 tablespoon of oyster sauce | ||
2 tablespoon of olive oil |
Directions to make Grilled Pork Skewers Recipe
- In a bowl marinate the meat for a few hours, not over night
- Thread the meat onto skewers (soak skewers in water for 30 minutes first)
- Grill the meat on medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes per side or till the meat is done
Serve with cucumber salad, cabbage salad, and green papaya salad
