|3 cloves of minced garlic|
|1 cup of mix frozen vegetables like corn, pea, carrot.|

Stir fry sauce
|3 to 4 tablespoon of seasoning soy sauce (if you can use this soy sauce it tastes better)|

- In a hot wok on medium heat add 3 T of vegetables oil till hot
