Easy Stir fry Beef Broccoli

The Easy Stir Fry Beef Broccoli recipe provides a straightforward method for creating this popular dish. While some Chinese restaurants opt to deep fry the beef before stir frying for a crunchy texture, this recipe takes a more convenient approach. Both beef and pork can be used, as both offer delicious results for the broccoli stir fry.

For this dish, you’ll need either 1 pound of sliced beef or pork. The meat should be marinated with Chinese rice wine (or any cooking wine), oyster sauce, sugar, soy sauce, and low-sodium beef or chicken broth. Additionally, you’ll need minced garlic, oil for stir frying, broccoli, and a mixture of chicken broth and corn starch to thicken the sauce.

To prepare the dish, start by heating oil in a wok on high heat. Add the minced garlic and fry until it turns brown. Then, add the marinated meat and cook it until it is no longer pink. Next, incorporate the broccoli and chicken broth, adjusting the amount of broth if needed. Continue to stir fry until the broccoli reaches the desired level of tenderness and the meat is cooked to your preference.

Once everything is cooked to satisfaction, turn off the heat and serve the dish hot with rice. This Easy Stir Fry Beef Broccoli recipe provides a quick and tasty way to enjoy this classic Asian dish in the comfort of your own kitchen.
