Ingredients

2 to 3 garlic cloves minced
2 red (not green) Jalapeno pepper or 4 Thai red chilies or 1 tablespoon of crush chili flake
1/2 cup of sugar
3/ 4 cup of water
1/4 cup of vinegar
1/2 tablespoon of salt

1 tablespoon of corn starch
2 tablespoon of water
