Hot Preserved Bean Curd Sauce

Preserved bean curd or fermented soybean is one of Sino-Khmer favorite vegetarian foods. This hot preserve bean curd sauce is great for dipping cooked or raw vegetables.


1 tablespoons of fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon of sugar
4 chopped hot chili pepper or to your taste (option)
1 small jar 4 oz (113 gram) of hot preserved bean curd

Directions to make Hot Preserved Bean Curd Sauce

  1. In a small bowl, mix lime juice with sugar till sugar dissolved, add hot chili pepper, stirs, add preserve bean curd and gently mix it together.
  2. Serve with rice along with cooked or raw vegetables.
