Mint Chocolate Chip Ice-cream Recipe
Mint Chocolate Chip Ice-cream Recipe is easy to make all you need just the few ingredients plus a 9×13 baking dish to freeze the ice cream. This is a GREAT mint chocolate chip ice cream that the kids love them so much.
|14 oz of sweetened condense milk (415 ml)|
|4 tablespoon of water (60 ml)|
|1/2 teaspoon of peppermint extract (2.5 ml)|
|8 drops of green food coloring|
|4 cups of heavy whipping cream, whipped|
|1 cup of miniature semisweet chocolate chip (optional) or white chocolate chip (175 gram).|
Directions to make Mint Chocolate Chip Ice-cream Recipe
- In a large bowl mix condense milk, mint extract, food coloring, and water until the color combine then
- Fold in the whipped cream and chocolate chip.
- Pour into 9×13 baking dish then freeze it overnight.
- When ready to serve cut the ice-cream to square blog the way you like it.
