Ginger Fish Sauce
Khmer ginger fish sauce is delicious for dipping meat, fish or vegetables. This dipping sauce is very common in Cambodia and Vietnam.
|1/4 cup of hot water|
|1/4 cup of sugar|
|1/3 cup of fresh lime juice, approx 2 lime|
|1/4 cup of fish sauce|
|1/3 cup of fresh grated ginger root|
|2 cloves of fresh garlic, minced|
|3 chopped hot chili pepper or to your taste(option)|
Directions to make Ginger Fish Sauce
- In a small bowl, mix hot water with sugar till sugar dissolved.
- Add lime juice, fish sauce, ginger, garlic and pepper, mix well.
